On Wednesday, October 7, 2009, stations 19, 36 and RIT 1 were alerted for a residential structure on Candlelight Dr. in the township. First arriving was MICU 19-1 and advised county control of smoke showing with a reported fire in the basement. Shortly after Truck and Engine 19 arrived and made an aggressive interior attack. Chief 36 was set up as command and requested a working fire assignment while chief 19-1 assumed operations. After a quick knock the fire was contained to a small portion of the basement. Crews from York Twp. Yoe and Red Lion performed overhaul operations and the box was placed in service at 02:33
