Rescue 19 was alerted today for a Vehicle accident  overturned on its roof on  Interstate 83 south bound at exit 15 to the business loop .  While en route Rescue 19 was advised that  this is being upgraded to a vehicle overturned with entrapment. Duty Officer 19 ( bastinelli )  went on scene and advised that they had 1 occupant  confined to the vehicle by the seat belt . Rescue 19 arrived and assisted Micu 19 on packaging the patient for transport to the local trauma center.
